Why Am I so Sleepy?

For the past week or so, I've been plagued by this overwhelming need to sleep. I'm really not sure where this is copming from. At first, I blamed it on rollerblading since I was going at it for nearly two hours, but that was on Monday! For instance, yesterday, I took a three-hour nap (yup) in the afternoon and couldn't stay awake past 11:20 pm. When the alarm clock rang at 7:50 am this morning, it took me a few minutes to actually wake up.

What is going on with me? I'm not sure if I'm not eating right or what, but I bought multivitamins yesterday to see if that'll help me. Anyone have any suggestions on why this is occurring? It is beginning to annoy me. I don't want to sleep as much. I rather be up and working out or something.

You should look at your life and see if it meets your expectations. How about your career? Is it where you want it to be? It could be depression and not even know it. Do you have the right job to keep you excited about getting up?

Hmmm....this sounds like someone I know. Well, if you've been reading my blog you know I'm not anywhere near in my career on where I want to be. That said I am going back to school in the fall to get my masters, which will help tremendously on the career department.

Even though I'm not working where I want to work, I am very thankful that I do have a job that provides for Dan and I. Without this job, we wouldn't be anywhere right now. So until my dream job comes along, I'm sitting tight.

BTW: No more anonymous posts!!

Could you be pregnant? I know that was the first symptom I got with all my pregnancies. I have 4 kids.

It's winter!! We all want to sleep, no matter what the abnormal temperature that it is outside. I love my bed and my dreams, sometimes even more than work, lol.

you know what? i think it's in the air...I've been hearing this from a lot of people. Not sure why, but it seems to be pervasive.

I have to say that the vitamins I started taking have been working. I'm not as tired. I guess since we're getting less sun because of winter, it is affecting our bodies more than we think.
