Dwindling Population

I was reading through the New York Times, and found an interesting article about the world's low birthrate. It's a long article, but I had to read through it since I always thought we were over producing. The only places I ever heard of having a low birthrate was Spain and Japan. Other than that, I figured we'd begin bumping into each other pretty soon.
